Synapse Radiology LLP is a teleradiology practice headquartered in Delhi, India, providing round-the-clock diagnostic reporting services to hospitals, diagnostic centres and clinics across the country. We operate as a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India.
Our tagline — "Precision Reporting. Connecting Care." — reflects our founding belief: every patient, regardless of location, deserves access to subspecialist-quality radiology reporting at any hour of the day.
We provide final and preliminary radiology reporting across all major imaging modalities — X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Mammography and PET-CT — to partner healthcare facilities. Our panel of qualified, NMC-registered radiologists reports on studies transmitted securely from partner facilities and returns signed diagnostic reports, typically within two hours for routine studies and inside sixty minutes for STAT/emergency cases.
In more than twelve months of continuous operation, Synapse Radiology has not received a single review, correction, or dispute against a delivered report — a record we treat as a floor, not a ceiling.

Synapse Radiology LLP ("we", "us", "Synapse") provides teleradiology reporting services — including final reads, preliminary reads, night cover, STAT reporting, second opinions and complex-case review — to healthcare facilities under written service agreements that govern scope, turnaround commitments and pricing.
All reports are issued by qualified radiologists registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC). Reports represent diagnostic opinions based on the images and clinical information provided at the time of reporting; clinical management decisions remain the responsibility of the treating physician.
Rates, turnaround times and statistics published on this website are indicative and provided for information only. Binding commercial terms are those set out in the executed service agreement. Sample reports shown on this website are anonymised demonstrations and do not represent actual patient data.
Services are invoiced to partner facilities through official communication channels prior to payment. Payment terms, applicable rates and turnaround commitments are agreed in advance as part of the service agreement or purchase order governing the engagement.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or transmit patient-identifiable data through the public enquiry form.

Except as expressly agreed in a written service agreement, Synapse Radiology LLP's liability in connection with services rendered is limited to the fees paid for the specific study or engagement giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

This policy covers personal data handled by Synapse Radiology LLP through this website and our teleradiology services, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable healthcare data regulations.
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to you and manage our engagement. Patient imaging and clinical data received from partner facilities is used exclusively to produce the requested radiology report and for mandated internal quality assurance. We do not sell, rent or otherwise trade personal data.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls, audit logging, and retention/deletion schedules configured in line with each partner facility's requirements and applicable law.
Our website enquiry forms are processed via a reputable third-party form-delivery service to route messages to our inbox. No patient-identifiable medical data should be submitted through public forms on this website.
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data by writing to info@synapserad.com. Requests concerning patient data are routed through the treating facility, which acts as the primary data fiduciary for that data.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or our practices. The updated version will be posted on this page.
Synapse Radiology LLP provides professional teleradiology reporting services, not physical products. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled for our services.
As our services are intangible professional diagnostic reports rather than physical goods, the concept of a "return" does not apply.
Payments made through this website or otherwise are made against invoices issued by Synapse Radiology LLP to partner facilities through official communication channels prior to payment. Applicable rates, scope of services and turnaround commitments are agreed in advance as part of the service agreement or purchase order.
Because each fee corresponds to a professional diagnostic service — radiologist time, subspecialist review and quality assurance — that is substantially rendered at the point of report delivery, fees for reports that have already been generated and delivered are generally non-refundable.
Where a genuine service failure occurs — duplicate billing, a technical error resulting in non-delivery, or an invoicing discrepancy — Synapse Radiology LLP will investigate in good faith and, where warranted, issue a credit note or billing adjustment against a future invoice, or a refund at our discretion.
A partner facility may cancel future or unscheduled services by written notice to info@synapserad.com. Any studies already reported prior to the effective date of cancellation remain payable in full as per the applicable invoice.
If you believe an invoice contains an error, please write within 15 days of the invoice date. We aim to acknowledge billing disputes within 2 business days and resolve them within 10 business days.
Note: Where a specific written service agreement exists between Synapse Radiology LLP and a partner facility, the terms of that agreement govern in the event of any conflict with this page.
Synapse Radiology LLP does not sell, deliver or ship any physical products. We provide teleradiology reporting services — professional diagnostic reports produced by qualified radiologists and delivered electronically. Accordingly, shipping, packaging and delivery-time policies applicable to physical goods do not apply to our business.
Medical images are received electronically from partner facilities via secure DICOM transfer or our encrypted web portal. Completed diagnostic reports are delivered back electronically, through one or more of the following channels as agreed with each facility:
